WindowsJumpList update - got some feedback from one of our Windows experts on our approach
Idle thought: instead of shoehorning our new behaviour into the existing backend, what if we write a whole new backend exposed over WebIDL to our front-end JavaScript, and implemented in Rust… is that a super bad idea?
